حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏”‏ اقْرَأْ عَلَىَّ الْقُرْآنَ ‏”‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ آقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَيْكَ أُنْزِلَ قَالَ ‏”‏ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَسْمَعَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِي ‏”‏‏.‏ Narrated `Abdullah: That the Prophet said to him, “Recite the Qur’an to me.” `Abdullah said, “Shall I recite (the Qur’an) to you while it has been revealed to you?” He said, “I like to hear it from others.” Chain : ‘Umar bin Hafs bin Ghyath – Hafs bin Ghyath – Sulaiman al-A’mash – Ibrahim al-Nakha’i – ‘Ubaida bin ‘Amr al-Salamani – ibn Mas’ud Data Source Disclaimer: The data presented on this website has been meticulously collected from Sunnah.com , a recognized and authentic source.
