وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، – وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ – حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْكَبَائِرِ قَالَ ‏ “‏ الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ وَقَوْلُ الزُّورِ ‏”‏ ‏.‏ Anas narrated from the Apostle (may peace be upon him) about the major sins. He (the Holy Prophet) observed:Associating anyone with Allah, disobedience to parents, killing a person and false utterance.
