حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ ابْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ إِذَا اسْتَجْمَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُوتِرْ ‏”‏ ‏.‏ Jabir b. ‘Abdullah reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say:When anyone wipes himself with pebbles (after answering the call of nature) he should do this odd number of times.
