حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ،
أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، – وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ – حَدَّثَنَا
رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ قَالَ
رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏
“‏ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ فَلاَ يَمْسَحْ يَدَهُ حَتَّى يَلْعَقَهَا
أَوْ يُلْعِقَهَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏


Ibn ‘Abbas reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:When any one of you eats food he should not wipe his hand until he has licked it or got it licked by (someone else).


Chain: Harun bin ‘Abdullah al-Hamal – Hajjaj bin Muhammad al-Musaysi – ‘Abd bin Hameed bin Nasr – Ibn Jurayj – Zuhayr bin Harb – Ruh bin ‘Ubada bin al-‘Ala’ – Ibn Jurayj – ‘Ata’ bin Abi Rabah – ibn Abbas
