وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ وَاقِدِ،
بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا، قَالَ رَأَى ابْنُ عُمَرَ مِسْكِينًا فَجَعَلَ يَضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَيَضَعُ
بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ – قَالَ – فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلاً كَثِيرًا – قَالَ – فَقَالَ لاَ يُدْخَلَنَّ هَذَا عَلَىَّ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ
رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏
“‏ إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ ‏”‏ ‏.‏

Nafi’ reported that Ibn ‘Umar saw a poor man. He placed food before him and he ate much. He (Ibn ‘Umar) said:He should not come to me. for I heard Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying that the non-Muslim eats in seven intestines.
